Patrick Swayze’s fans are wishing him the best as he spends time in the hospital with Pneumonia. The public has been supportive of the “Dirty Dancing” star’s battle with terminal pancreatic cancer since he publicly announced his illness in March of 2008.
Recently Patrick Swayze and his wife Lisa Niemi sat down with Barbara Walters for an exclusive interview. The 20/20 television special titled “Patrick Swayze: The Truth” aired on January 7, 2009. The Swayze special gave viewers an in depth look at Patrick’s struggle with cancer and his outlook on life. Patrick Swayze and his wife also opened up about the deep relationship that they share, a rare romance that has lated for 36 years, 33 of which they have been married.
John Travolta and wife Kelly Preston are holding a private memorial service at their home in honor of their son Jett who died on January 2, 2008 after having a seizure. 16 year-old Jett Travolta suffered from a seizure disorder, and was not responding well to medication. At the young age of 2 Jett was diagnosed with Kawasaki Syndrome which may have led to his developmental problems. Others believe that Jett Travolta was misdiagnosed as a child and was actually afflicted with Autism.
